Terms And Conditions
Welcome to GS Premier. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GS Premier website, booking platform, and luxury ground transportation services. By reserving a vehicle, making a deposit, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Regulatory Authority & Licensing
Licensing: GS Premier operates as a licensed Charter-Party Carrier under authority granted by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Our official TCP License Number is prominently displayed across all official communications and marketing materials in compliance with California state law.
Service Standards: All transportation services are provided in full compliance with CPUC safety rules, vehicle inspection mandates, and commercial insurance requirements.
2. All-Inclusive Pricing & California SB 478 Compliance
Upfront Pricing: In compliance with California SB 478 (Honest Pricing Law), all displayed fare quotes, hourly rates, and point-to-point estimates include all mandatory fees, mandatory taxes, and standard operational costs upfront.
No Hidden Fees: You will never be charged unexpected mandatory service charges, fuel surcharges, or peak/surge multipliers at checkout.
Optional Add-Ons: Optional extra services requested by the client (such as special interior requests, additional stops, or extended wait times beyond standard grace periods) will be explicitly itemized prior to charging.
3. Reservations, Rates, and Payments
Booking Confirmation: A reservation is deemed confirmed only after a valid credit card or corporate account billing arrangement is approved, and a booking confirmation is issued by GS Premier.
Deposits: For specific services—including Weddings, Special Events, and Hourly/As-Directed Charters—GS Premier requires a non-refundable or partial deposit at the time of booking to reserve the vehicle and chauffeur. Deposit conditions will be explicitly detailed at the time of reservation.
Payment Processing: Payment balances are charged according to the terms specified during booking. We accept major credit cards and approved corporate accounts. All transactions are securely processed via PCI-compliant payment channels.
4. Airport Transfers & Grace Periods
Flight Tracking: GS Premier tracks commercial flight arrivals in real time using provided flight numbers. Pickup times are automatically adjusted for early landings or flight delays.
Airport Grace Period:
Commercial Flights: Includes up to 45 minutes of complimentary grace wait time from the actual flight arrival/gate time for baggage retrieval.
Private Aviation / FBOs: Includes up to 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the requested pickup time.
Extended Wait Time: Wait time exceeding the complimentary grace period will be billed in standard increments at the prevailing hourly rate for the selected vehicle class.
5. Hourly / As-Directed Charters
Minimum Duration: Hourly charter reservations are subject to minimum hour requirements specified at the time of booking.
Overtime & Extended Hours: As-directed hourly charters run continuously from the scheduled pickup time until final drop-off. If a charter exceeds the scheduled reservation time, overtime will be billed in 15-minute or 30-minute increments based on the applicable hourly rate, subject to chauffeur availability.
6. Corporate Accounts
Account Authorization: Authorized company representatives may establish corporate accounts for streamlined executive bookings and centralized billing.
Itemized Monthly Invoicing: Corporate accounts are invoiced on a designated billing cycle with itemized travel breakdowns. Terms for invoice settlement are net-15 or net-30 as explicitly agreed upon in writing in the corporate agreement.
7. Passenger Conduct, Vehicle Damage, and Cleaning Fees
Prohibited Behavior: Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, and unsafe behavior (including standing or leaning out of windows/sunroofs) are strictly prohibited inside all GS Premier vehicles.
Excessive Cleaning / Biohazard Fee: If a vehicle requires deep cleaning, sanitization, or biohazard removal due to passenger conduct or illness, a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 (or actual detailing costs incurred) will be charged to the payment card on file.
Vehicle Damage: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by themselves or members of their party during the charter.
8. Baggage and Personal Belongings
Luggage Capacity: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage fits safely within the designated vehicle’s trunk capacity.
Lost or Damaged Items: While GS Premier chauffeurs assist with loading and unloading baggage, GS Premier is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after a trip. Items recovered will be returned at the client’s expense.
9. Delays Beyond Control (Force Majeure)
GS Premier is not liable for service disruptions, missed flights, or schedule delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, unforeseen major highway closures, unexpected police actions, emergency road hazards, or severe traffic gridlock caused by accidents.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GS Premier’s total liability for any claim arising from a reservation shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific trip. GS Premier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including missed connections, business losses, or personal inconvenience) except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. The client agrees to indemnify and hold GS Premier harmless from claims arising from their own violation of these Terms or misuse of the vehicle.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a reservation shall first be addressed by contacting GS Premier support directly; if unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
12. Revisions to Terms
GS Premier reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
